At Collective Occasions, we take care of every detail when it comes to decorating your hotel room. Simply tell us the occasion, and we’ll handle everything else, creating a beautifully styled setup ready for your arrival.✨

All vendor payments are made directly to the suppliers themselves by YOU. We do not manage your finances for your event directly.
( You keep your money we guide you where to spend it!)
This allows you to maintain full control of your event budget while ensuring complete transparency throughout the planning process. Collective Occasions will manage vendor communication, contracts, and payment timelines to ensure everything is organised and secured for your event.
Decorations are included in the price.

An initial £20 deposit is needed to secure your booking with us.
After you confirm the budget you’d be spending on your event, the cost for the service will be shared with you.
(This being 15% of your allocated budget).
